1. El Diagnóstico Regulatorio: Riesgo de “Oracle Drift” 1. The Regulatory Diagnosis: “Oracle Drift” Risk

Under the MiFIR Directive (EU 600/2014) and the DLT Pilot Regime (EU 2022/858), organized secondary markets (DLT MTFs such as Archax, 21X, SIX Digital Exchange, or BME Scaleup) have a legal obligation to continuously verify the quality, existence, and non-degradation of underlying assets before and during their trading.

Without a dynamic forensic feed, the DLT MTF assumes the risk that the physical collateral has entered “Oracle Drift” (physical deterioration, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or loss of licenses) while the token continues to trade at 100% of its value. This exposes the trading venue to direct sanctions from ESMA or CNMV for allowing the trading of fraudulent or degraded assets.

2. La Solución PTVS: Feed Pericial Dinámico de Elegibilidad 2. The PTVS Solution: Dynamic Forensic Eligibility Feed

The MiFIR Admission Protocol (MAP) integrates the PTVS v1.0 standard directly into the MTF’s compliance engine, providing continuous and automated verification of the asset’s eligibility for secondary trading.

The PTVSClaimInjector.sol contract keeps the asset’s RWA Physical Risk Index (RWA-PRI) updated. Any physical or legal degradation detected by a PTCE Judicial Expert updates the on-chain score in real-time.

Norma: MiFIR Art. 26 (Divulgación continua) Standard: MiFIR Art. 26 (Continuous disclosure)
2

The MTF configures a risk threshold (e.g., RWA-PRI ≤ 15). If the score exceeds this threshold (AMBER or RED Level), the system automatically flags the asset as “Ineligible for Trading”.

Norma: DLT Pilot Regime Art. 5 (Elegibilidad de activos) Standard: DLT Pilot Regime Art. 5 (Asset eligibility)
3

Forensic Freeze Protocol (FFP) Forensic Freeze Protocol (FFP)

In the event of a severe incident (foreclosure, bankruptcy, structural degradation), the ForensicFreezeTriggered event is emitted on-chain. The MTF’s compliance engine listens for this event and immediately suspends trading of the token, protecting investors and the market.

Norma: MiFIR Art. 43 (Suspensión de negociación) Standard: MiFIR Art. 43 (Trading suspension)

3. Integración Técnica con el Motor del MTF 3. Technical Integration with the MTF Engine

The MAP protocol provides a clean interface for the MTF’s matching system or compliance module to query the asset’s eligibility status before executing any order.

// Interfaz de Consulta para el Motor de Cumplimiento del MTF // MTF Compliance Engine Query Interface interface IPTVSAdmissionCheck { /** * @notice Verifica si un activo RWA es elegible para negociación continua * @param _assetIdentity Dirección ONCHAINID del token RWA * @return isEligible true si el activo cumple los umbrales de riesgo * @return rwaPRI Score actual del RWA Physical Risk Index (0-100) * @return status Estado actual del activo (VERIFIED, UNDER_REVIEW, DEGRADED, CRITICAL) */ function checkContinuousEligibility(address _assetIdentity) external view returns (bool isEligible, uint8 rwaPRI, string memory status); /** * @notice Evento escuchado por el MTF para suspensión inmediata */ event ForensicFreezeTriggered(address indexed token, string reason, uint8 rwaPRI); }

Value for the MTF: By integrating this interface, the trading venue outsources the responsibility of physical verification to a recognized forensic standard (PTVS), creating a regulatory “Safe Harbor” against ESMA and CNMV.

Blinde su MTF contra Sanciones Regulatorias Shield Your MTF from Regulatory Sanctions

As an operator of a DLT MTF or regulated secondary market, do not assume the risk of listing assets with degraded collateral. Integrate the MAP Protocol to outsource physical verification to a recognized forensic standard and create a “Safe Harbor” against ESMA and CNMV.
